Candela Session #9: Candela Sound System @ Ministry of Sound

On 28th May 2023, almost 20 years after LatinoLife pioneered the UK reggaeton movement with the now iconic La Bomba nights at Ministry Of Sound, we returned to the legendary club for more history in the making. Back in March 2006 we staged our first La Bomba at the South London super-club, the first ever platform for London's young up and coming Latino artists to show their bi-lingual, bi-cultural swagger. Seventeen years later, having launched the UK's first and only Urban Latin record label in partnership with Warner Music, we returned with The Candela Sound System, a spectacular night of unforgettable music, dancing and celebration, featuring UK's best reggaetón DJs and homegrown urban Latin artists. Candela Records co-founders Jose Luis and Luciano Pinto introduced the new musical blood & DJs shaping the Latin London landscape: ANGELO FLOW, GUALA, JDOGG, A NAHOMY and GEORGIA SCOTT.
