2016 was where it all began at the Roundhouse and summer school at the Brighton Dome. Playing instruments soon evolved into free-styling with friends and recording demos. After trading his xbox for a mic SIdders grew an audience on SoundCloud by dropping ‘Kyoshi Driftin’ and ‘Northwest’. His music journey became official when he collaborated with artists such as Natty Wylah, Bone Slim, Mac Wetha and Carl Blarx alongside performances in Manchester, Leeds,

Brighton, York and London. 2018 saw the release of his debut single ‘Ameroux’ produced by Fred Cox. His Solo project ‘About Time’ dropped in 2019. This was a DIY fusion of hip-hop - RnB, mixed, engineered and mastered all from his bedroom. ‘Breathe’ the single from the project now boasts over 1.6 million plays and features on COLORS, mob kitchen, Fred Perry and more

Co-Chief of The Soulstice Collective, Jamie Joy (real name Jamie Oyebode) is starting to make a name for himself in the London scene. With a style rooted in all things black and African, his sets range from Afro-funk, right through to pumping soul and gospel house.

The last 12 months have only been upwards for him, having warmed up for Medlar, Raw Silk, The Reflex and most recently salute - whilst also having completed a 3-month residency at Paper Dress Live’s Beat Exchange. With Colour Factory, Price of Wales Brixton, Peckham Audio and Cafe 1001 under his belt, Summer 2023 will see him add CLF Arts Cafe and Studio 9294 to his list of venues along with guests mixes for Radio 1001, Even Funkier and Moonshine Records.
