CLF 20 YEAR ANNIVERSARY WEEKENDER!!! Fri Dec 01 to Sun Dec 03 (£5-15 Per event or Free Entry) - To celebrate 20 years of Chronic Love Foundation (CLF) we’re throwing a mighty celebratory weekender in collaboration with Red Bull and Havana Club, featuring 24 acts performing at 8 events, over 3 days, at 2 stunning venues - deep in the heart of Peckham at The CLF Art Lounge & Roof Gardens + next door at the recently restored Old Waiting Room (OWR), Peckham Rye Station.

Day 2 (Night) Time to bust out the dancefloor big guns as The CLF 20 Year Anniversary Weekender invites you to dance harder y’all as we welcome THE SOUTH LONDON SOUL TRAIN across the tracks to Peckham Rye Stations THE OLD WAITING ROOM for a sure fire mighty get down and guaranteed good time. More bounce to the ounce baby. All Eve Long!!

Sat Dec 02 (8pm-1pm / £5-15 Entry) - All Aboooooooard THE SOUTH LONDON SOUL TRAIN. Your host with the funk, soul, jazz slinging host with the absolute most JAZZHEADCHRONIC joined by good time brass band party starters, the well funked up and mighty stage stormers - BRASS RASCALS (Live and righteously direct). Celebration the name of the day as we celebrate 20 years of the CLF through red hot eclectic riddims and let loose dance. Beware the soul shrapnel as the dancefloor goes BOOM!! Nuff said. See you on the dancefloor fo sho!

BRASS RASCALS (Live)

A band comprised of session musicians that tour with different artists and play in the London and UK music scene. The Rascals recently worked with Rex Orange County at Gunnersbury park, bringing their infectious brass band energy to a crowd of 20,000. Individually they have worked with with artists like Loyle Carner, Tom Misch, Chase and Status and Alfa Mist.   Brass Rascals have a versatile set list guaranteed to bring the party. Expect to hear pop, dancehall, garage, house and dnb classics. The ability to get anyone dancing combined with soaring virtuosic solos make the Brass Rascals the perfect choice to start and crush the party!

JAZZHEADCHRONIC

'JAZZHEADCHRONIC' DJ MICKEY SMITH has been successfully promoting and DJ hosting his own progressive - eclectic jazz fused globalistic events for over thirty years. From South East Asia [where he is still known as The Godfather of The Hong Kong Underground scene] to London where he founded and runs The South London Soul Train, The Bussey Building / CLF Art Cafe, Rye Wax, Chronic Fonk and The CLF Art Lounge & Roof Garden. Catch him at The South London Soul Train Monthly and as support at numerous leading events across London + Beyond.

Renowned for his positively aggressive and highly charged eclectic good time sets of soul, funk, groove, motown, disco, latin and or future sets of broken to afro beat, jungle to drum & bass + hip hop - One things for sure, whenever or wherever Jazzheadchronic Mickey Smith plays, the dance floor blows up and the crowd always, but always feel it. Long time.

The South London Soul Train (as always) we'll be taking all passengers on a Non-Stop Magical Mystery Tour through all things Too Damn Funky. P-Funk to Jazz Funk, Soul Jazz to Rare Groove N’ Stax, Brass, Breaks, Bop and Hop to Motown, Club Classics and Anthems.

However - Passengers are requested to check their Souls at the Station as this one's for good time party people only! No Bass Wobbles Here, Only Love, Funk and Souuuuuuuul.
