CLF 20 YEAR ANNIVERSARY WEEKENDER!!! Fri Dec 01 to Sun Dec 03 (£5-15 Per event or Free Entry) - To celebrate 20 years of Chronic Love Foundation (CLF) we’re throwing a mighty celebratory weekender in collaboration with Red Bull and Havana Club, featuring 24 acts performing at 9 events, over 3 days, at 2 stunning venues - deep in the heart of Peckham at The CLF Art Lounge & Roof Gardens + next door at the recently restored Old Waiting Room (OWR), Peckham Rye Station.

Day 3 (Day/Eve) Enter the Improvisation zone as next level musicians drop in for a righteous LIVE LOUNGE IMPROV SESSION - LIVE OVER BEATS IN THE LOUNGE. Preceded by a special CLF LIVE CONCERT SCREENING deep In The Lounge at THE CLF ART LOUNGE.

Sun Dec 03 (3pm-10pm / £5-10 Entry - Free Entry before 6pm) - Our session begins with a special Archive CLF LIVE CONCERT SCREENING featuring 2 full length live performances by the legendary TONY ALLEN + BRIAN JACKSON & THE NEW MIDNIGHT BAND, followed by a very special LIVE LOUNGE IMPROV SESSION (LIVE OVER BEATS IN THE LOUNGE) featuring a heavyweight line up of Live Musicians and DJs. Including Legendary Saxophonist/Arranger/Band Leader STEVE WILLIAMSON, ridiculously talented Double Bass player HAMISH NOCKLES MOORE, Keyboard Wizard LAZY H and NASHA DJs GES-E x OSMANI SOUNDZ dropping a, eastern drum & breaks soundtrack to truly improvise for at THE CLF ART LOUNGE.

STEVE WILLIAMSON (Sax)

Steve Williamson is one of the most distinctive saxophone voices in contemporary British jazz. Starting out with reggae outfit Misty in Roots, Steve emerged on the London jazz scene in the mid-1980s alongside Courtney Pine, Andy Sheppard and Tommy Smith, and as a founder member of The Jazz Warriors.

Releasing 3 albums, plus collaborations with, among others, Art Blakey, John Mayer, Archie Shepp, Donald Byrd, Chris McGregor, Maceo Parker, The Roots, Guru and Jazzmatazz.

HAMISH NOCKLES MOORE (Bass)

Hamish Nockles Moore is a South London based Double Bassist and Composer. Hamish  specialises in improvised music performing with many ensembles across the jazz and aerological music scene in London.

Hamish performs with artists such as Steve Williamson, Levitation Orchestra, The Nye Banfield sextet, The Nu Civilisation Orchestra, Jelly Cleaver group, The Tommy Remon Trio, The Donovan Haffner Trio, Hypernova and his own group Softpower.

LAZY H (Keys)

Lazy H: Synth wizard, jazz instrumentalist and Ableton extraordinaire is predominantly known for his unique production style combining the live instrumentation and improvisation of jazz music with a heavy dose of modular synthesisers and DIY electronics. Following his latest release ‘When The Horns Come In’ on Brownswood Records he’s received support from Mary Anne Hobbs, Gilles Peterson

NASHA DJS

Ges-e and Osmani Soundz, two pioneering DJs and producers, have left an indelible mark on the world of dance music. Their remarkable career spans over three decades, and they have been at the forefront of the global music scene, especially in the Asian Underground movement. Osmani Soundz & Ges-E, two talented artists who helped shape the sound of an era and continue to push boundaries in the world of electronic music.

As the story continues to unfold, Ges-e and Osmani Soundz are now focused on their latest endeavor, "Nasha - Eastern Drum and Breaks Vol 4." This upcoming album promises to be a sublime fusion of Breaks, Drum and Bass, and experimental Eastern-influenced bass music, reaffirming their commitment to pushing the boundaries of electronic music.

Ges-e and Osmani Soundz are living legends in the world of dance music, known not only for their innovation but also for their ability to unite cultures through the universal language of music. Their journey is a testament to the power of creativity, collaboration, and unwavering dedication to the art of sound. As they continue to evolve and innovate, the world eagerly anticipates what musical wonders they will conjure next.
