Juanita Euka is a LUKAS award-winning singer-songwriter. Niece of Congolese rumba legend Franco Luambo, she grew up in Buenos Aires before arriving on UK shores. Known for her work with Wara, London Afrobeat Collective and Animanz, Juanita's first solo track ‘Alma Seca’, released in April, led to a live appearance in the BBC blockbuster series ‘Killing Eve’. Landing a new album deal with Strut Records, Juanita draws on her African and Latin heritage, hip hop, soul and jazz to create her own unique musical palette.
