MILLI ROSE (Live)

Milli-Rose is a musician and writer. Using her personal experiences, Milli-Rose writes and performs material around the topics of mental health, the housing crisis in the UK, and how creativity has sustained a form of therapy throughout uncertain chapters.

Through writing and music, Milli-Rose explores these topical issues, which has led to creative facilitation work with young people

ELLE DE LANÉE (Live)

Lewisham-based vocalist Elle de Lanée brings you her unique take on contemporary Jazz and Soul. Elle's approach to the voice mirrors that of her idols; taking influence from contemporary instrumentalists and vocalists alike. Playing a mixture of originals and songs from artists such as Wayne Shorter, Gretchen Parlato and Solange, Elle de Lanée aims to emerge the soul in emotive energy.

BLOFISH (Live)

Blofish, a South London based singer songwriter studying at Goldsmiths, combines soul, RnB, jazz and rock music in her sound. She writes through story telling and expressive lyricism, taking inspiration from Joy Crookes, Lianne Lahavas, Madison Cunningham and João Gilberto.

FREEQUARTERSHORTS (Live)

FREEQUARTERSHORTS are an improvising duo consisting of Sonny Caplan-Higgs on saxophone and Dillon Harrison on drums. Their music embodies the spirit of free improvisation; playing to no limitations while pushing the boundaries of their technical capabilities. They can be heard exploring ambient textures, extended techniques, abstract time, repetitive motifs and tonal ambiguity.

DJ ROB MESSER

One of the best Soul DJs coming from the 80s Mod scene. He has Dj'ed in clubs and weekenders as 100 Club, Cleethorpes Weekender, Tretham Gardens, Mars Barr, R&B allnighters in Stoke, S.O.U.L. or at Floorshaker Barcelona. Runs long standing Mod/Soul club in England 'ALMOST GROWN' for over 10 years, being also involved in the Rhythm & Soul Set Organisation. From 1995 he runs his own record store, Hip City Records, specialized in Northern Soul, R&B and mod sounds (Eduardo Domingo).
