Sena brought her unique contemporary pop sound to the world with the release of her debut album, 2021’s De Primeira, bursting on to the scene and quickly rising from anonymity to superstardom in her native Brazil where she now has millions of fans and headlines major festivals and venues. Flirting with samba, funk, carioca, trap, reggae and axé, and with a commanding stage presence, Sena creates music that oozes freedom and moves boldly in new directions.

Having received two nominations at the Latin Grammy Awards, and won three Multishow Brazilian Music Awards for Revelation Artist Of The Year, Best Experimental Artist and Best Album, Sena’s music is finally starting to spread to the rest of the world and this show at Village Underground, her London debut with a full band, is a much-anticipated event sure to put one of Brazil’s most exciting new artists firmly on the global map.
