An intimate hands-on cooking experience in Angel! 
During the class, Chef Diego Cerdán (@Diegoalacarta), Peruvian Chef based in New York City, will teach you how to prepare one of Peru's most iconic dishes from scratch! 

Together with Chef Diego, you will make authentic Peruvian Ceviche and traditional Leche de Tigre. Diego will share the techniques, the ingredients and tips he uses in his own kitchen!

This will be a relaxed, interactive, fun and full of flavor evening!
No specific cooking skills required.

Oysters and wine will be available too!
