The extent of their reputation can be measured not only in the loyal audience that they have gathered, but also by the fact that the band members are much in-demand collaborators including Brazilian legends Elza Soares, João Donato and Simone Sou.
The tracks on their new record, Vapor, are very much the sound of São Paulo: African and Brazilian. Along with the funk, the sound is a joyful series of very memorable melodies. Over the course of four thrilling albums and heavy touring throughout the world, the band’s reputation is now undeniable.
