Explore the delights of Peruvian cuisine with 7000 years of history and several influences. Among the African, European, Asian, Arabic and Chinese influences, Creole cuisine is the most dominant. Explore the culinary delights of Peru and live the experience! We can adapt the menu to vegetarian requirements.

Starter --> Papa a la Huancaina. The sauce consists of aji amarillo chilis, vegetable oil, milk, cheese, salt, and crackers that act as a thickener. It can be served either cold or at room temperature, as a flavorful side dish or an appetizer. Traditionally, the dish is garnished with parsley, black olives, and sliced hard-boiled eggs. Originating from the Huancayo area of Peru, papa a la Huancaína is an authentic and unique salad dish consisting of a spicy, creamy, and rich cheese sauce that is drizzled over boiled yellow or white potatoes.

Main --> Peruvian Skewers To choose (Chicken, beef heart, vegetarian or mix it!) Anticuchos "Peruvian Skewers" are small pieces of meat, most often beef heart, marinated in spicy aji pepper sauce, skewered on a stick, and grilled over hot coals. Marinade with Aji Amarillo paste "Yellow Chilli", ají panca, a mild, dark red chili, cumin and garlic. Anticuchos "Peruvian Skewers" it’s the most popular dish in Peru, they even have a national day, celebrated every October 17.The star ingredient of this recipe is beef heart. If you have not yet tasted this delicious and highly nutritious organ meat, I encourage you to give this dish a try. It is not only healthy but also delicious and satisfying.

Sides --> Potatoes and Peruvian corn.

Sauces --> Chimichurri: traditional South American sauce, used for grilled meats made of coriander, parsley and garlic. Huancaina: Medium spicy cheese sauce. Made with Amarillo chilli and white cheese, huancaina is one of the most traditional dishes in Peru. Contains Dairy and Gluten. Rocoto: Spicy chilli sauce. Peruvian round pepper with a crisp fruitiness enhanced by the juiciness of its meaty walls. Contains gluten and celery.

Dessert--> Lucuma Ice cream accompanied with Alfajor. Lucuma is a fruit common in Peru. When lucuma is ripe, it tastes a little tart and hints of maple syrup. Lucuma ice cream its made with frozen lucuma and heavy cream and milk.

Drinks --> Water, Inca kola "the national golden kola" or soft drink. Inca Kola: The soda has a sweet, fruity flavor that somewhat resembles its main ingredient, lemon Verbena (verbena de Indias, hierbaluisa or cedrón in Spanish).
