With only five months into this year (although it probably feels more like a lifetime so far with self-quarantine), and just as we were getting over YHLQMDLG, El Conejo Malo dropped yet another (surprise) album Las Que No Hiban a Salir (The Ones That Were Not Coming Out).

The Bad Bunny released the self-produced ten-song album just in time for the celebration of Mothers Day in many parts of the world (Sunday, May 10). Featuring appearances from reggaeton giants Zion & Lennox, Nicky Jam, Yandel, Don Omar, Jhay Cortez and even vocals from his girlfriend Gabriela Berlingeri, the rapper blew us away once again with what has been described by fans as an intimate listening experience.

Last week he surprised his more than 26.6m followers on a three-hour Instagram live sesh, where he dropped hints of the songs that hadn’t apparently made it onto an album, whilst sippin’ from a red cup and busting some perreo moves with his girlfriend.  Lest we forget his second solo studio album Yo Hago Lo Que Me Da La Gana (YHLQMDLG), isn’t even three months old yet. Released back in February 29, the full-length hit 165 million streams during its first week and hasn’t left the Top Ten since then, becoming the highest-charting all-Spanish-language album ever.

In less than 48 hours, his new project “The Ones That Weren’t Going To Come Out” has become the first Latin album to reach #1 in Apple Music. Here is a list of every collaboration featured on the album:

PA’ ROMPERLA ft. Don Omar:  A guaranteed tune proved worthy of the King of King’s appearance. Paying homage to “El Rey” D-D-D-Don Omar, Bad Bunny says in the lyrics “Que se junto el Rey con el Rey”, Spanish for “The king got together with the king”.

MAS DE UNA CITA ft. Zion & Lennox: When reggaeton producers Luny and Tainy, took to Instagram live a beat battle last month, Tainy sampled an unedited preview of this song featuring former reggaeton duo La Z & La L, Zion & Lennox. Definitely a track with the classic sound of reggaeton.

BAD CON NICKY - ft. Nicky Jam: Bringing his old school cangri flow back, Nicky  Jam’s appearance and epic finale on this song, is definitely set to make it one of the album’s ultimate favourites.

CANCION CON YANDEL - ft Yandel: Sticking to his romantic mellow-dy, Yandel jumps on this melancholic/ballad track titled A Song with Yandel. Although it is a love song, Benito aka Bad Bunny proves he can also sing.

EN CASITA - ft. Gabriela: If you watched the record-breaking IG live on May 2nd, you’re probably familiar with the bunny’s quarantine partner/girlfriend by now. Flaunting her moves with El Conejo Malo during the three-hour live appearance, Gabriela on this occasion gets a chance to show off her singing skills.
Como se siente (Remix) - Jhay Cortez ft. Bad Bunny: It’s music to one’s ears, this song originally sang by fellow Puerto Rican artist Jhay Cortez, is a remixed version in duet with the Bad Bunny’s touch.
